Flying to Lisbon, you are most likely to arrive at Lisbon Airport. Although the airport is operated by many airlines with multiple departures and arrivals, these are often fully booked far in advance. It is important that you make your flight arrangements as soon as possible.
March 13 is arrival day for all of us as welcome reception & mingle will start at 19.00 CET.
The conference will be held from March 14 to 15.
The regional conferences will end at 16.00 CET on March 15. Global functions will be invited separately, should they be asked to participate on March 15.
Any transfer to and from the Hotel is to be arranged individually and at your own expense.
At Lisbon airport, taxis are available at the taxi ranks located outside both departure and arrival hall. We encourage you to share taxis if possible.
You can also pre book a shuttle on Lisbon airport website.
The average cost for a one-way trip to downtown Lisbon from the airport is around 10-15 Euro and takes approximately 15 minutes (when no traffic).
Lisbon is the stunning capital city of Portugal, and is one of the most charismatic and vibrant cities of Europe. It is a city that effortlessly blends traditional heritage, with striking modernism and progressive thinking.
The Portuguese capital is constantly recognised as one of the greatest cities in the world, a claim confirmed by the “Lonely Planet Guides”, who named Lisbon one of the world’s top 10 cities. Surprisingly, Lisbon is still one of Europe’s least visited capitals, but this is rapidly changing as new visitors discover the allure of Portugal.
With a privileged and strategic location in Lisbon, EPIC SANA Lisboa is the ideal hotel for any visit to the capital, both for leisure and business.
EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel offers comfortable rooms and personalised service down to the smallest detail. For more information about the hotel, visit their homepage.
